reports of tile load failures in certain configurations.
The freelog removal of translation (in most cases) should clarify the
file and rule names as they are

I don't think you understood very well what is LOG_NORMAL. All the
freelog() messages are displayed ONLY in the console if the current log
level = to the first argument. LOG_NORMAL messages are not displayed in
the chat window. Some

To summarize, only LOG_NORMAL should be translated, because those are
displayed to the user.
