Details:
After comments in patch #3901 I reviewed svn doc/CodingStyle against the wiki
version http://www.freeciv.org/wiki/Coding_Style, as they had diverged.
Mostly the wiki needed updating
http://www.freeciv.org/wiki/Coding_Style?diff=21630oldid=20599, but there
are a few updates on wiki that haven't made it back to svn (notably pepeto's
change about pointer declarations
http://www.freeciv.org/wiki/Coding_Style?diff=17090oldid=16310 from Sep
2010).
In addition, I've made a couple of cleanups of my own: notably, fixing an
example to use int foo(void) instead of int foo() in line with policy
elsewhere in the document.
Hopefully this shouldn't be controversial as there's no new policy here.
