Update of bug #13701 (project freeciv): Assigned to:None = cazfi Planned Release:2.3.0, 2.4.0 = 2.3.3, 2.4.0, 2.5.0 ___ Follow-up Comment #8: bug #18194 fix works so that city *does* change hands before units, so there is window where units are inside enemy city. Follow-up Comment #6, bug #13701 (project freeciv): Fix to bug #18194 may fix this one too or not. If #18194 is fixed so that it also fixes this one, patch I earlier submitted to this ticket is itself an bug. So it should not be committed before we have decided what to do with #18194.
