Details:

Hello,

i am playing freeciv 2.1.9 on ubuntu 9.10

i had a problem, i invade an ennemy country with fusiliers and canons ( i' m
french and dont know the english names ).

i pass the frontier with 12 fusiliers in forest, and there were all killed by
a single mousquetaire.

Some turns later, i transport 7 fusiliers and 2 canons by ship into a forest,
and there were all killed by one dragon.

perhaps land units are counted as just a single one unit ?

In those conditions i can' t play.

Please help.

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #14914 (project freeciv):

Units are stacked and count at combat for one only unit, unless you set
killstack to 1 in the ruleset (file data/default/game.ruleset).

In French:
Les unités sont « empilées » et ne comptent que pour une seule unité en
combat. Sauf si killstack est défini à 1 dans le jeu de règles (fichier
data/default/game.ruleset).
