You can just make the Crimean Tatars anyway if you want; we can always remove
the Krimean khans from the Tatar nationset.

I made some minor corrections to the Tatars, I will commit those soon. The
other nations need some more work.
Also I'm not really sure about including the Paulistas. São Paolo has never
been an independent nation, nor are the Paulistas
