Hi Gav,
Did you manage to get approval from the individual authors to
redistribute under a GNU GPL license?
The last time I checked, the only licensing terms available was the
"Creative Commons Sampling Plus 1.0" license, which AFAICT disallows
commercial redistribution and hence would not qualif
