Yes, after looking the source I suppose it has never really worked at range != Local, but earlier freeciv just didn't warn about it. Not as far as I know. The supplied rulesets still uses it for farmland, and farmland seems to be working on trunk r19468. What range are you using? [Freeciv-Dev] What's happened to requirement "CityTile"/"Center"
Alien ruleset has some effects with requirement "CityTile"/"Center". It now fails to load saying that it's unknown requirement. http://freeciv.wikia.com/wiki/How_to_update_a_ruleset_from_2.3_to_2.4 does not currently mention how I'm supposed to update such effects/requirements.
