After a few hours, I have FreeDOS with LFN in DOSEMU :))
DosEmu 1.3.2 with $_lfn_support=(1)
FreeCOM 0.84 pre
NDN v2.14.8168/ENG (not good with v2.11)
*NO* doslfn diver loaded
DIR /LFN works just fine
