Based on discussions with Bernd as we prepare for FreeDOS 1.1, I've done some cleanup on the Software List. The major edits: * COUNTRY: edited to reflect that it is part of KERNEL * DOSFSCK: moved Util -> Base * DEVLOAD: moved Util -> Base * EMM386: deleted (replaced by JEMM386) * FDSHIELD: moved
