Use X=TEST
As a suggestion from Eric I also tried X=A000-EFFF to completely disable
UMBs. But that didn't do.
It only works if I completely disable EMM386.
That shows that the error is not be looked for in HIMEM.
Disk I/O will always run slower under virtual 8086 mode, present and active
