Oops, it seems to point to me ;-)
The keyboard buffer is a BIOS resource, and it many cases DOS (standard
CON device) just relies on BIOS to do this work.
BIOS extensions to the BIOS keyboard handling (namely KEYB) could easily
implement this, but:
- I try myself to recycle BIOS stuff
