make the ISO with the
http://k1ea.com/hints/Creating_a_Bootable_DOS_CD_V%201.5.pdf
step by step.
I had got a error 'page fault' which i run ghost with virtul machine(qemu).
This one works: http://www.netbootdisk.com/ FWIK, it's the new version,
(correct me if I am wrong)
I believe that the link bellow is offline or obsolete :(

I believe that you are looking for a boot
If you want to create a custom ISO file which can be burned to CD and
booted, you can see
