Hi
Does anybody know a FOSS which can create new PostGIS layers? Does any
of the JUMP, Udig, gvSig, Thuban, Mezogis can? I know QGIS can't for
sure. Or maybe there is a standalone program?

The link for supposedly 1.1.1 full GNU/Linux version points at file
gvSIG-1_1-rc2-linux-i586-withJRE.bin [1]. Why is it called rc2 not
1.1.1? Typo or wrong file?

Bringing out to light what was hidden -
is a fitting motto of this maintenance release. Thuban had a few interesting
Extensions, but if users saw them depended on their customisation. Now
all Extensions can be enabled per installation. Not all of these gems
have been fully brought back to life. Wi
