I get something strange:
In the Access-Request I see
NAS-Port = 207
in the Access-Accept I see:
Framed-IP-Address = 192.168.1.1+
in the ACT-Request START I see
NAS-Port = 207
and no Framed-IP-Address !!!

Grab version 1.16. It should work better. I am using ldap for
authentication/authorization so the mysql code has not been tested.
