I am using Freeradius o.2 on a Suse 7.3 linux box and having my dialing

Thanks for the info. I am still struggling with radius and quintum to at
least make them work together. Could you provide some setup details? If
freeradius doesn't work with quintum, what do you recommend for quintum?
Thanks,

Thanks for the info.
After including dictionary.quintum file, this is what I got from debug
console:
rad_recv: Access-Request packet from host 192.168.0.20:24579, id=0,
length=161
NAS-IP-Address = 192.168.0.20

Hi-
We have a Cisco 5800 modem pool that is being kinda dumb, and not paying
attention to the accounting acknowledgements that it is receiving from our
Freeradius 0.4 server, so it's sending multiple copies.
But I -think- the Freeradius mySql client is kinda being stupid too.. It

radiusreport is exactly what you need then.
If you have one master detail accounting file then just process that. If
you have multiple you may need to combine them all together for it to work.
Here is the syntax you probably want to use with radiusreport to get what
you need.

I am trying to log the some parameters of the request, especially the

Looks like radiusd crashes when a CHAP request comes in before the

Seems that Randy Moore has found the problem and I verified it with my

Here is our exchange:
Ah, THANK YOU!
That is exactly what I'm seeing.

Hi-
Is there currently a way to tack a realm onto a username via the USERS
file? I can get the functionality I need by having the user specify a
realm during login, but I'd like this to be transparent to the end user.

Here some examples, assuming that today is Tuesday:
