Now I'm trying to implement the IPv6 Freeradius, but I'm having some
doubts.
When I'm configuring Freeradius, is the same configuration that is used in
IPv4, except in the clients file, where I must use IPv6 addresses.

I'm searching a RADIUS Server to perform authentication over IPv6 in my
network, and I ask if Freeradius support IPv6 because I used it in IPv4
networks in one school project a few ears ago.

Try compile and install the freeradius-1.0.1.tar.gz package in your
Redhat 9 system. I use this version of freeradius to test cenarious whith
yours R2 AP, and work whith PEAP and MS-CHAPv2 authentication.
