Ascend-Send-Secret returns this value:
rlm_ldap: Adding userpassword as Ascend-Send-Secret, value { & op=11
It seems that the Lucent don´t understand it.

It looks like the dictionaries you have are broken. The wrong
attribute is marked as being encrypted with the Ascend-Send-Secret.
