Don't care what the client output says... server output is important. In this
case its telling you exactly what is wrongyou are already running the
server. Kill that process and then run it.

i finally resolved the issue by doing this :
Commenting out on /usr/share/radiusclient-ng/dictionary.microsoft
#ATTRIBUTE MS-Secondary-NBNS-Server 31 ipaddr
because this 31 is already in the /usr/share/radiusclient-ng/dictionary
Restarted the pptp and freereadius, after that
