I am trying to setup a users file using prefix and suffix and can't seem to get it to recognize them. Authentication requests without a prefix or suffix are handled properly. However, when I use them it just ignores those entries in the users file and goes to the last DEFAULT entry. Excpept

You should set the checkrad into debug mode and look into the log file about what its returning to radius. From what I know of the working of freeradius, what you say is impossible. Because if radius thinks that a user is online, then it checks this with the access server and asks whats going

If you are registered to freeradius mailing list, you should have received my patches for the checkrad program. Please apply that patch to freeradius before compilation, then you can use SNMP or Perl-Telnet to control this one user situation. But the patch only works up to 1 user limit. If you
