I had error in dictionary and
some attributes was overriden by MPD-...
i.e. NAS-IP-Address
After adding
BEGIN-VENDOR
...
END-VENDOR
in old dictionary file, all is OK

current cisco Radius server as it has been prone to massive memory leaks,

I tried debugging by radiusd -fxx -l stdout.
But no information is printed in the window nor in any of the file.
I tried various radius version from 2.1.1 to 2.1.8. Same result
everywhere.
Only 2.0.5 is working.
