I've figured out the solution to my own problem...
For the benefit of all, if i understand correctly, when the Windows port
of FreeRadius runs, all the folders created are owned by the system
process, and since it is created in 0666 mode, nobody can delete the
files created within.

Does anyone have this problem? I suspect it's to do with the 0666
permissions, which I have reset everything to 0777. But that does not
seem to make any difference.

Thanks for replying. I have basically stopped the process (actually it's
a service), but no go. It's only when I @[EMAIL PROTECTED] uninstalled the app
that's when I managed to delete the files. Strange isn't it?
