hi,According to http://www.3gpp2.org/Public_html/specs/P.S0001-B_v2.0_041004.pdf (page 65) the attribute 41 (3GPP2-R-P-Session-Id) in dictionary.3gpp2 should be integer, not string.
And i'd remove the comment '#' on it in the file.
