...3GPP2 Attribute 41 is called 3GPP2-R-P-Session-ID. Silently disappeared in P.S0001-B (http://www.3gpp2.org/Public_html/specs/P.S0001-B_v1.0.pdf), but was defined in P.S0001-A-1 (http://www.3gpp2.org/Public_html/specs/P.S0001-A-1.pdf).
