Hi All, I’ve been trying to get time course data in tksurfer I’ve used selxavg2 to create bfloat mgh and nii.gz files and yet I can’t load these into tksurfer! I must be missing something very basic - how do I generate a time course in free surfer? All I see is the f, beta and other single value

Hi Jurgen we have been working like crazy on it, but it takes huge amounts of time. We run through every test then visually inspect the results and if we find anything wrong no matter how small, we have to fix it and run them all again. Of course the upside is that the NIH throws money at us
