Dear Freesurfers, I'm going to run 1-way anova, followed by post hoc pairwise comparison. My "factor-of-interest" has 4 levels and, in addition, I would like to regress out the effects of 3 continious variables. I have attached my *fsgd-file. Therefore, my first *mtx-file should contain the following:
