Hi Qiongmin mris_anatomical_stats will do some of what you want, although not on a vertex-by-vertex basis. Thickness, area, mean curvature and volume are all stored in per-vertex files that you can use. The other curvatures can be created useing mris_curvature I believe. cheers Bruce On
