[Freesurfer] mac gcc builds

2019-10-30 Thread Hoopes, Andrew
Notice to all mac FS developers, GCC builds on macOS have become increasingly difficult to maintain, mostly due to brew issues and gcc-version incompatibles with dependencies. Clang is now the "official" mac compiler for freesurfer. The external prebuilt packages (at

The problem is that some of your groups are very small, eg, groups 2 and 4 only have 3 subjects. The way you have it set up, there are four parameters (offset and 3 slopes) for each group. Thus, you are running out of DOFs for those two groups (and not so much better on some of the others).

You are almost there. In the first step, you would test for an interaction between age and diagnosis in the DODS model with: 0 0 0 0 1 1 -1 -1 If there is no interaction, then you can move to the DOSS model (which includes age) with contrast 0.5 0.5 -0.5 0.5 0 You need that last 0 to account
