Dear Freesurfer users,
I want to use the "Save Movie Frames..." in freeview to go through 305 frames
of an overlay on a pial surface. When a select:
Fly through Frame
Start number 0
End number 305
Step size 1
I click "write" and it writes only

Is available the segmentations for 601-628 to be used as seeds in functinal
connectivity analysis by FS-FAST?

We are currently working on including cerebellar parcellation in the FS
recon pipeline, but this feature is not yet available. Independently, you
could import and use the SUIT ROIs, but we do not have a pipeline for
that.

yes, editing and rerunning recon-all should work. Or update the
brainmask.mgz with your own version if you want. We should detect that and
retain it.

there are some tutorials on our website. And can you send us the
recon-all.log where you have put a new brainmask.mgz into the subject's
dir and it gets overwritten? That shouldn't happen

I have to run recon-all -autorecon1, then substitute the brainmask for my
brainmask, changing the brainmask from FS to brainmask.original.FS and
labelling my betted image brainmask.mgz and then run recon-all -autorecon2
