[fusionpro] Re: fonts not loading

2007-06-13 Thread Shane Gillies
Yes... that is my question... When I upload the fonts in FusionPro (in
Acrobat) not all my fonts install.

[fusionpro] Re: fonts not loading

2007-06-13 Thread Dawn McAtee
I've had that happen, specially when I've had a lot of fonts open. I have
taken the ones out I don't need and loaded again, and it worked. Printable
said the number of fonts shouldn't matter, but it has.

[fusionpro] Re: fonts not loading

2007-06-13 Thread Andy Shaw
The other thing you can do is look in the Program
Files\Printable\FusionPro\Fonts folder (in Windows) or
\Library\Preferences\Printable\FusionPro\Fonts for a file called
fonts.err. This is a log file that tells you what errors FP ran into
when adding fonts. If it had a problem with a specific font file, it
will usually be noted here. This may help you figure out what the
problem is, and at least would give Printable Support something to go
on.
