FVWM: windows key sometimes works sometimes not

Hi all, Windows key sometimes works as mod4 and sometimes does nothing. For the past 4 month I have been using gnome and I have key bindings using windows key and never had a problem. So it's likely a bug of fvwm. However, I don't know how to get more useful information. Except: ,[ xmodmap ]
