Yeah, like I said there is almost no way you'll be able to get OS 9 to work on a G5. Even if you install on a G4 or a G3 and transplant the HDD to a G5, it still won't boor because a G5 is 64-bit, and OS 9 only has 32 bit code in it. Try it, but no guarantee. Try CCC. --  From Mark's PM G4
