So for me to have just about everything that I have right now but with
two monitors I need a different video card?
The reason I say it would slow it down is because instead of one
monitor being powered by 32 mb, Now there are 2 monitors being
powered by 32 mb.

Thats not entirely true, my Mac here with dual screens didn't slow
down at all, and the second card actually ran faster than the one in
the graphics-dedicated PCI slot (both cards are Rage 128 cards, the
main one has a DVD decoder)
