That card looks like it could be converted to work on a Mac but the
ROM would need to be flashed with a converted Mac ROM. Usually that's
done on a PC with a PCI video card or onboard video. Then there's a
chance you will need to edit an extension to make it work in OS X. Not
for the faint of hear

A local seller has some new Ti4600 cards for $25. That seems like an
affordable upgrade from the Rage II that my G4 Gigabit came with. I
