New iMac

I've been looking for a new iMac. The new 2.7GHz quad core i5 21.5 inch monitor iMac is what I've got my eye on, but I can't find out if it has Snow Leopard on it. I don't want Lion at this time. Does anyone know for sure what OS and where I can get it? Thanks Fred -- You received this

It (Lion) is by far the most reliable incarnation of MacOS X yet released. Not everyone seems so enamored of it. I've read a few negative comments and not all that many are positive. I can't say as it wont run on my PPC machines. :) -- You received this message because you are a member

I DO maintain a PPC Mac Mini (1.25 GHz) and a PPC Quick Silver 2002 (dual 1.0 GHz) for compatibility purposes, only. But, for perhaps the last FIVE years, ALL my Macs (really, Macks/Hacks) have been Intel generic machines onto which I have installed MacOS 10.5, 10.6 or, yes, 10.7. Indeed,

...story continues... Well I tried resetting PRAM, and no difference. (I can't find the reset button on my motherboard to do the PMU: I have the take-apart guide stored on another Mac so I'll look at that later). I've also done open firmware reset(does this reset the PMU?)
