I don't think this is off topic, but if someone does, my apologies. I ran Boot Camp to make a windows partition and used rEFit to provide a boot screen at start up. The drive the window os is on is not visible in the finder. When I open Disk Utility it is visible, but dimmed and named

I installed Windows using Boot Camp and rEFit. The partition formed doesn't show up in the Finder. It is dimmed in Disk Utility. I cannot find the Windows OS with Spotlight or Easy Find. Would someone please explain what's going on? Booting into Windows via rEFit works flawlessly.
