So, if the machine is restarted or shutdown, it will not boot for 5-6 tries. When it boots, it is fine. The PRAM battery is definitely bad. The LCS did leak, but has been repaired. It idles at 63c, so I am thinking that is is possible that the previous owner who repaired the LCS may of used bad

You should use TenFourFox. It is designed for G4 processors and will run better than Safari. It can also use all the FireFox add-ons. He would probably have better luck using YouTube's HTML 5 option, perhaps even uninstalling Flash and using Safari with the browser ID set to Safari iPad.

Why does anyone care about rich text/plain text. This isn't the 90's anymore! If your computer can't read rich text then you need to do some serious updates! My PowerBook 1400 can read rich text on Gmail's website! Why can't the list managers make some kind of a rich text block on the lists
