Jeff if you don't have Mail Scripts 2.9.1 you should obtain a copy.
The file is located on the Mac Home Page under aamann along with
other useful utilities.

It contains scripts for:
01. Add Addresses…
02. Archive Messages…
03. Change SMTP
Ok, I don't really understand why apple can come up with a simple
Back-up iCal, or Export - Address book archive but can't do the
same for mail?? I need a simple back up strategy for mail? how to do
it now. Jeff
