[galaxy-dev] Server error one LefSe
Hi All, When using the Huttenhower LEfSe on the main, online, Galaxy I got a Server Error, (Server Error,An error occurred. See the error logs for more information. (Turn debug on to display exception reports here)) when tried to Format data for LEfSe. Was able to successfully use it yesterday, but now it seems to be down. This happened using three different browsers and on multiple retries.. Any help is appreciated.. (is there a way of getting around that step? Other steps seem to be working fine). [galaxy-dev] Galaxy jobs running on cluster can't stop.
