For us, it was only copying the directory
“galaxy-dist/static/scripts/packed/viz” from a fresh install to the
installation we wanted to update.

the API anymore because one of the dataset files wasn't available anymore (or
actually it was, but someone had a space in the filename...). So, to be able to
enter the 'Data library' again, I had to remove

The 'id_secret' parameter in the universe_wsgi.ini was just too long. But I
think something changed there, because we didn't change the id_secret, and it
was working before.
Anyway, now it's working!
