described below to change set revision 8012:5fc775a03f0b, which will be
available in the Galaxy release currently scheduled for about 2 weeks from now.

Hey Greg & Galaxy Team,
Galaxy doesn't load tool sections from multiple files in a consistent
manner. This is a minimal example that demonstrates the problem:
