code, it was possible to purge deleted datasets. With the lastest code, in
history menu, we do not find the possibility to purge deleted datasets.

There's a way to get the current history data through a non-api url:
/history/current_history_json
...but, I don't believe those are accessible through any of the bio/blend
libraries.
Failing the above, is there some way to get the history ID from the UI?

It is probably worth looking at this Galaxy issue - this may have
little to do with Docker or the Docker server might have a different
time configured than a local one? History updating is broken for many
clients in 16.04 and I am unsure if this intention is to fix it or
not.
