I am trying to setup a local copy of Galaxy and I am running into a few issues
with which I would greatly appreciate some help.
1. I am trying to setup my "built-in" indices for bowtie mapping and I
have been following the instructions given at
http://wiki.g2.bx.psu.edu/Admin/N
I have been struggling with setting up my local Galaxy instance for the past
two days.
Can anyone post a copy of their universe_wsgi.ini file , with the sensitive
info commented / removed?
I need an instance that can handle local files greater than 2 GB (ie: does not
go through POST method of
actual tab character. Depending on
your editor, you might want to make sure the tab key doesn't print like 4
spaces instead of \t.

I am getting an error upon my local Galaxy startup which I suspect is causing
an invalid tool runner entry in my left hand menu (my tool url is:
http://localhost:8081/tool_runner/index instead of
http://localhost:8081/tool_runner?tool_id=FLASHforFASTQ)
Here is the error I get:
galaxy.tools DEB

The ouput file location is specified in the "file_path =" section of the
'universe_wsgi.ini' filr.
