yes, i've had the same error ever since the last galaxy-dist release. i
previously had multiple servers and switched to the one manager, two
handlers. rewrite rules didn't need to be changed.

I just configured our galaxy to utilize multiple instance and having exact
issue. Couldn't see any error from the log thought.
