Hi Liisa,
Is this still a problem for you with the latest Galaxy main? Some recent
changes to Trackster have been implemented that have solved many of
these types of issues.
But if you are still having problems with a specific dataset, we would
be interested in looking at the use case. Sending us a shared history
link and noting which dataset and the steps you are performing (now) and
what is going wrong, if different than originally, would be a great
help. Use "Options -> Share or Publish" and email link back to just me
and I can share with our Trackster developer Kanwei.
Hopefully this is worked out, or we can help get this resolved!
Best,
Jen

Hello,
I am trying to 'Add a Custom Build' to my local instance of
Galaxy/Trackster. There seems to be a problem when I enter the
chromosome length info, both when I paste directly on the screen and
when I use the upload button (for the .len file). After I press Submit I
can see the Name and Key info that I specified but it always says that
the 'Number of Chroms' is 0.
Is there a bug or I am doing something wrong?
Thanks for you help,
Liisa
