Re: [galaxy-user] GeneTrack server error

2012-10-03 Thread Jennifer Jackson

Hi Doo Yang,

Unfortunately, Gene Track is no longer supported through the public main
Galaxy web site. We are in the process of modifying the UI.

For the benefit of others who may also be curious about the tool, I'd
like to share your Biostar question and the alternative recommended
directly by the tool author Istvan Albert, as posted earlier today:

Take care,

Hi,

I can't connect the GeneTrack server.
This is the error message.
I tried this a couple times in different days but keeps failing.

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at
genetrack.g2.bx.psu.edu .

Thank you,

Re: [galaxy-user] GeneTrack Server Error

2011-02-23 Thread Jennifer Jackson

Hello Felix,

Would you be able to share a link to your history? Options -> Share of
Publish. Please note which dataset you were trying to view, that gave
the error in GeneTrack.

Thanks!
