Hi Thomas,
Yes, I have always only programmed in one flavor of Basic or another. Well
except for that one High School course in COBOL. And I do like VB6 very much.
I have taken a look at some C+ code and I think that it would drive me mad.
Just all of the symbols and words that make no
Hi Bryan,
Cool! I unfortunately do not own any of the Simpsons DVD sets. Mike Reiss of
course sure was hilarious to chat with and listen to him give a talk. May I
ask, are the DVD sets described? I've got to try to get all of the seasons of
The Simpsons that have been described. I get them

Well, I was playing Hunter yesterday after installing on my laptop, and
failed mysserably at the valley of the tigers. At least you finished Pipe2,
I'll give it a try today, but probably fail equally horribly due to me
forgetting timings for all the barrels etc.

Hi folks,
First off I'll just say happy holidays to everybody on here. But I've got a
qestion regarding using Monkey Business on a laptop. I was most delighted to
learn that the game now included a demo. Since I lost my old reg code (and in
any case I bought it from Adora using a different
Tech support is one job I really wouldn't fancy Tom. A friend of mine worked
for the m.O.t. (minastery of transport), office on their tech support line
when they were installing new systems, which involved phone calls from lots
of mechanics and garage owners, very good at fixing cars, less
Well, that was certainly the case, for about four years the only thing I
knew how to do with a laptop was load up word and write stuff, and save
things in my documents or on floppies. but actually, there was so much more
fun stuff I could've done with my laptop even before the internet was
Thanks Claudio and same to you, and everyone, though I'd prefer less
emphasis on the presence end of things (imho Christmas is getting far too
taken up with recieving rather than giving).

Yep Tom, I have the same trouble when my parents ask me about fairly
standard stuff, such as antivirus and spyware security, deleting temporary
internet files etc. It is also slightly less helpful that my brother is far
better at the tech side than I am, but finds the explanation a lot more
or maybe in higher difficulty levels dogfights could be made 3d.

Not that I've found Bryan, it's quite a pest, but as I use my desktop about
%80 of the time, and have only just started loading my audio game collection
onto it, I haven't made huge investigations of this.

I think valley of the tigers and hunting for treasures are my most dreaded
levels on Hunter, I always get the pick up coins, and squash scorpion
keys mixed up at the crucial moment lol!
there was a point where I could finish the game everytime on normal, and do
reasonably well on insane,
Ah yes, the scorpions. My two least favorite levels have to be the mountain
climbing due to the rattlesnakes and the coconuts, and the vine level. It's
kinda hard to hear the vines over the waterfall and therefore soewhat tricky
to judge when to jump or release. I haven't yet beaten the game on
aah.
ok.

There is no tigers on Pipe 2, oh, you mean Hunter smile. This is why I
changed the subject line. That was actually one of the hardest levels
for me to finally beat. But I can do it now and can win Hunter almost
every time now.

Not to brag, but I hardly ever fail at Pipe 2 Blast Chamber. In fact, a
while back, if memory serves, we had a champion tournaments with several
good players and although I did not win, I did come out in the top 3.

Press fn and M at the same time and that will simulate an insert. For
that matter, pressing fn turns the right side of the alphabet keyboard
into a number pad. You can google around for the keyboard layout
exactly, but basically the M is the zero key, jkl are 123, uio are 456,
and 789 are 789
Hi Mark,
Let me try and explain this in as simple language as possible without
stering up the old arguments on list on which way is the right way to
setup your system for playing these games. Allot of average computer
users are not aware that Windows 2000, XP, and Vista have three

Well, The Jade's Fire first appeared in the Correllian Triligy. Mara's

showed up later during the

FN? The only key at the bottom left edge of mine is the Control key. The
laptop's a Compac Presario if that means anything.

yeah. I couldn't remember for sure if the Saber had been destroyed or if it
just had to be abandoned. I'll say this much. THe Yuuzhan Vong are
definitely one of the more intriguing races in the Star Wars trilogy. I
wonder if there are more novels featuring them?

Oh, I thought I already said Hunter, ooopse! well I've heard of
Aligators in the sewers, but Tigers is just taking things too far!
I used to be able to finish hunter every time on easy, and reasonably
regularly on normal, but I'm totally out of practice now, which is
irritating.
Beware
Ah well, my uba headphones are very handy for the vine swing level, as for
the coconuts, I just tap right everytime I first here one, though it
can be a miner pain if I happen to tap right when there's a snake, and end
up pressing down instead of left, pse!
I also don't like the way
Well the recordings were impressive, the idea of using both ctrl keys to

On my laptop the Fn key is next to the left ctrl. the only thing is, in
Monkey business, I've found holding down fn and searching for the M key is
slightly too much trouble, though I'm not that great at Mb to begin
with, so this might not make too much difference overall.
Beware the Grue!
Hi Bryan and everyone,
first off, merry cristmas to you all!
And speaking of MB on a laptop:
Where is the scrolllock key on a laptop? I think I found it once but then I
didn't play the game for a long time and just forgot it...
Thanks for any help!

Well if the FN key is to the right o the left Control key, I can say that on
my laptop at least, presing it and M doesn't work. Depressing, really, since
I was really hoping to purchase a key for the game.

Somehow I still think you are referring to Hunter, not Pipe 2 Blast
Chamber as the subject suggests.

Your laptop means nothing to me since I've never had one. But I can
assure you, all laptops have an fn key. It's just a matter of where it
is. You can always hit the laptop insert key which is definitely on the
keyboard once you know where it is.

Also, was wondering how much would it cost to aquire the engine for creation

I seem to remember hearing on list that it costs about a thousand dollars if
not more to use the GMA engine.
