I'd love to see the game expanded. The offline mode is rather limited, since with only one plot of land, you can't mine very much and thus are limited in what you can make. With trees though I can offer a suggestion, since if you have an apple, you can plant apple trees, which you can then look

This is already the case. If you don't have the stats to learn a spell or skill, you can't learn it. If you're referring to the situation in which you can learn skills that your base stats do not support but current ones do, this is not something that can be changed. Take the following example:
