I wrote to them a few days ago but with no reply as of yet.

I can say that there are times when it can take up to three days to hear
back from Draconis Entertainment. All I can say though is try to be
patient. The quality of the products and the support is well worth it.
Also, have you posted in the support forum on the web site?
