Hi charlse.
I like the beeps myself. Basically you hear one at about %90 power as the
indicator cycles up, just before the meater hits the max, then another beep
at %90on the way down. This means if your going for full power you hear the
beep, then hit spacebar about a quarter second after. wh
Some people set the game to the power indicator that gives beeps while others
do not. I tried the beeping setting and only hear 1 beep, right near the full
power indication. Without knowing how to properly use the beep, I find that it
gets in the way of concentration. So, my questions are the
Ah thanks Jim.
Sorry for my wrongitude, - now I know why my par is so pathetic on some
of the larger holes.
Beware the Grue!

Hi Jim
Thank you for the information about the 1 wood. I have studdied the
speech off the hints; however, there was no information about not using the
1 wook on anything but the tee. It yelled at me if I tried to use it but
didn't tell me why. Thanks again.

Hi Marsha,
You can use the woods in the fairway all you want. Well except for the 1 wood.
That is only for off of the tee, but the 2, 3 and 4 wood can be used in the
fairway.
Below is the hints from the golf.txt file. I hope that they might help. If
you have any other specific questions,
Hi
I have a question about Jim Kitchen's Golf game. I have become addicted
to this game. Other than the list of the power of each club, is there
somewhere a general list of golf rules? For example When can you use a
Wood? When is it against the rules to use a wood? Thanks for your help.
Hi Charles,
In version 9 I disallowed using the woods in the sand trap. In version 10 I
have improved the way that the pitching wedge and irons work in the sand trap.
Also it now announces the distance that your shot went even when it lands on
the green. We have added 100 new descriptions th

Hi Dark,
I don't always find golf relaxing. But that is just when I am having
like the worst game of my life.
It sure is great though that so many people have made so many cool courses for
the game. I don't know that I have played even half of them yet.

Hi Jim.
I do enjoy the practice and precision needed in your golf game, I actually
find it a nice break when I want to play something relaxing and don't feel
up to playing an arcade style game, also, the hundreds of extra courses mean
that there's always something new to play as well. What's re
Hi Dark,
Cool! very happy to hear that you like my golf game. Thank you very much for
saying so. I find that my golf, baseball, pong and Mach 1 all take practice
and that if I don't play them for awhile I do not do well until I get practiced
up on them again.
I hope that the baseball rules t

Hi Josh,
No, there is no walk through for my golf game. I think that the best thing
that you could do is to practice on the putting practice green. Putting is one
of the more difficult aspects of the game of golf, but with practice you can
get pretty good at it in my game.
No, sorry no mod f
Hi,
Is there a walkthrough for Jim Kitchen's golf game? When I reach the green I
never get the ball in the hole. Also, will Jim make a mod for his game, or
re-write it so instead of a female umpire there's a male umpire so it sounds
more like a playstation game or pc game?
