No, it is not possible to change the stats for starships and bases. All
of the stats are more or less fixed and based on the Star Trek tech manuals.

Oh, boy.For the announcement official I suggest checking the list

games core engine. All new AI, I am adding more Borg

At present the manual is incomplete. That is one thing I have to finish
before STFC goes to 1.0.
